Students often know they want to continue their education. The challenge is navigating the requirements necessary to move forward.
Financial aid processes, verification requirements, missing documentation, registration holds, and unanswered questions can all create friction that prevents students from taking action.
Institutions can often identify these students, but consistent follow-up requires time, persistence, and expertise — resources that are often stretched across competing priorities. University of Nebraska – Lincoln: Driving FAFSA Completion & Enrollment Success Despite a solid outreach process, staff shortages, increasing demands, and resource constraints hindered FAFSA outreach efforts. UNL needed an efficient and effective, goal-driven solution to address these limitations without overburdening its resources. Partnering with an experienced team that could make timely connections at scale closed the gap.
